Lavender and Limestone

In a space this small there cannot afford to be any unattractive elements so the utilitarian fence was hidden behind painted panels and trellis. The garden was filled with terracotta and purple-toned plants, which harmonised beautifully with the golden stone and grey-green paintwork. Pleached trees added screening above the wall and grey-green slate was laid into the limestone paving to add definition. The overall effect was pretty, peaceful and very low maintenance.
